Sourced from the Huila region of Colombia, it is the staple bean of Azahar Roast house and provides a classic Colombian flavor profile. It is the same bean as the classic roast, but roasted to dark perfection. The washed process and roast level are ideal for espresso, aeropress, or even a drip coffee if you prefer the flavor qualities of darker beans in your morning cup of coffee. If ordered ground, it will have a grind level best suited for the average espresso machine. If you are making your own espressos at home, we highly recommend you buy whole beans and grind it yourself. Every machine and everyone’s taste buds are different! Experiment to your heart’s content.
